After a careful selection of pomace that has undergone gentle pressing and been conserved in tightly sealed barrels to maintain aromas, master distillers produce this precious spirit with the classic batch steam distillation method in copper boilers. The integrity of high quality pomace, the slow distillation process, and the aging in barriques create a grappa with a surprisingly elegant aroma and soft, persistent taste.
